Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
  • Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical cases, including trauma, obstetrics, and major surgical procedures.
  • Engage in a manageable and equitable call rotation that supports work-life balance.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain and enhance procedural skills across various surgical specialties.
  • Participate in mentorship opportunities with seasoned anesthesiologists.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and shared success.
  • Support the organization's mission to improve lives through innovation and excellence in care.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent, patient-centered anesthesia care.
  • Committed to working full-time within a collaborative, physician-led model.
  • Comfortable practicing across multiple facility settings, including trauma centers and outpatient surgery.
  • Motivated to maintain and expand skills across a diverse and high-acuity case mix.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain).
  • DEA (or willingness to obtain).
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
