Start Date: Must be able to start Friday, April 10 Duration: Ongoing Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Five 8s or Five 10s

• Weekend Beeper Call Required

• Full-time coverage required (minimum 4 weeks per month; no PRN)

Important Submission Requirements:

• Must include contact phone number and best time to reach provider within the next two weeks

• Not including this information will delay presentation

• Credentialing timeline: 120 days (no rush available)

• Final credentialing step includes phone interview with hospital CNO

• Candidate’s home address must not be in the state of Florida

• Must have active out-of-state driver’s license

• Supervision Model: 80/20

• Care Team Model: 26 CRNAs, 12 MDs

• Average Monthly Case Volume: 1,150–1,200

• OB Deliveries: Approximately 200 per month

• No trauma

• Dedicated cardiac team for hearts

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics

• GI

• Robotics

• OB

• Radiology

• Endoscopy

• Ophthalmology

• Plastics

• ENT

• Neuro

Majority of cases: General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Robotics

• Board Certified – Required

• Active Florida License – Required

• Active Out-of-State Driver’s License – Required

• ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required

This is a high-volume, full-time Anesthesiology opportunity in a structured care team model with a broad case mix and consistent weekday schedule.
