House Call Physician - NYC Boroughs
Location: New York, New York 10036 (Serving all NYC Boroughs)
Position: Internal Medicine (1 opening)
Deliver personalized primary care through house calls across NYC's boroughs (Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island). Ideal for an Internal Medicine Physician passionate about community-based medicine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits for comprehensive exams, chronic disease management, and acute care
- Coordinate with specialists, labs, and pharmacies for seamless patient care
- Document visits via EHR and maintain compliance with house call protocols
- Build long-term relationships with homebound patients
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in Internal Medicine
- Active NY medical license, DEA, and reliable vehicle
- Experience in home-based or geriatric care preferred; flexible schedule required
Strong compensation with mileage reimbursement, benefits, and autonomy. Locums or permanent.
