Job description
A Facility in Salisbury, Maryland, is seeking a Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist for short-term coverage in March 2026. This assignment involves providing general and monitored anesthesia care for urology and other outpatient procedures.
Schedule:
• March 10-12, 2026: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• March 17-19, 2026: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Cases include general anesthesia, MAC sedation, spinal/epidural anesthesia and regional blocks. The facility has 6 operating rooms and uses Cerner EMR. There is no call or weekend responsibility.

Qualifications
• Active Maryland medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficient in general anesthesia, MAC, spinal/epidural and regional blocks
• Experience in outpatient surgical settings and urology cases preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with surgical and nursing teams
• Must meet credentialing requirements and be eligible for temporary privileges
Working Hours
March 17‑19, 2026: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
No call or weekend coverage required.
