Shift Type: 8 hr or 10hr
In House Call: Not Needed
Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required
Weekend - On Call (Pager): Required
Overtime Expected?: Yes
Regular days start at 7 AM and usually wrap up around 3 pm. MD calls are beeper calls and CRNAs cover the backup second calls.
Case Type(s): General , Ortho , OB , colorectal, cataracts, cystoscopy, ENT, GYN, podiatry, thoracic, GI, pacemakers, TEE, cardioversion
Credentialing timeframe: If CT license is in hand - 30-60 days, No CT license - 60-120 days
Open to Board Eligible candidates

Site Charting System: iPro, paper and pen
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 5
Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
What is the CRNA to MD ratio?: 3/4
Are MDs doing their own cases?: Yes
small community hospital in the quiet corner of northeast CT, in close proximity to the beautiful New England coastal lines, 40 minutes drive to Hartford, CT and Providence, RI, one hour to Boston and three hours to NYC.
$30k one time completion bonus! (520 hours worked within 17 consecutive weeks)
Call bonus as follows:
1. Weekends: When the provider covers two weekend days per month, they will receive a completion bonus of $3K ($1,500 per call).
2. Weekdays: If the provider covers 4 or more weekday calls within a month, they will receive a completion bonus of $750/call.
Call taking providers are Priority! 6-10 call shifts per month. Call back rate is less than 10%
