Full time
Compensation & Time Off
• $580,000 annual salary
• $75,000 sign-on bonus
• 8 weeks of vacation

Join a well-established, community-based health system in Western Massachusetts serving a diverse regional population. The flagship hospital is a 300-bed full-service facility located in the scenic Berkshire Mountains, offering a strong culture of collaboration, respect, and work-life balance.
Team & Practice Environment
• 15 Anesthesiologists and 21 CRNAs
• Supported by anesthesia technicians and a strong perioperative team
• Provide anesthesia services across five community sites
• Care team model with opportunities for solo cases while on call
• Approximately 6 calls per month (first call + backup)
• Morning and full day off following first call
Clinical Scope
Diverse and engaging case mix including:
• Vascular
• Orthopedic
• Thoracic
• OB/GYN
• Endoscopy
• Neurosurgery
No cardiac surgery
No transplant cases
