📍 Position Details
- Location: Dallas, TX
- Shifts: 5×10s (10-hour shifts)
- Hours:
- Mon–Fri 6:30a–4:30p
- Wednesdays 7:30a–5:30p
- Guaranteed: 50 hours/week
- OT: After 50 hours/week
- Start Time: Pay begins at 6:30a; cases start at 7a & 8a
- Schedule: Created 90 days in advance
- Call: None
- Contract Need:
- 1 FTE through end of August
- Open to two providers rotating 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- 30-day notice required to off-board
🩺 Clinical Practice
- Case Types: General anesthesia
- No: Hearts, heads, peds, chests
- Minimal trauma
- ENT available (heads/hearts optional—no pay differential)
- Supervision: 1:2 to 1:4
- Credentialing: 30–45 days
🏥 Environment
- Setting: Hospital-based
- Schedule: Weekday coverage only
- No call responsibilities
