Job description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a long-term locum tenens assignment supporting inpatient hospital services in Georgia. This role offers consistent scheduling, a broad surgical case mix, and the opportunity to work at another nearby hospital campus.
Job Responsibilities
Medically direct CRNAs and perform select anesthesia cases
Participate in scheduled shifts and on-call coverage (including OB)
Document patient care in Epic EMR
Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams
Qualifications
Active Georgia medical license (required)
Active DEA registration with Georgia address
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (current)
Experience in inpatient hospital anesthesia preferred
Comfortable directing CRNAs in a team-based care model
Willingness to cover on-call shifts, including OB
Ability to work across two hospital sites located nearby
