Seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiology Medical Director to join a hospital-based anesthesia program in Belleville, Illinois. This leadership role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to clinical excellence, with responsibility for ensuring compliance with quality standards and building collaborative relationships across surgical services and hospital leadership.
Position Highlights:
Medical director leadership role within a hospital-based anesthesia program
General mix of cases across two hospitals
Medically supervised CRNA team
Cardiac training preferred
Collaboration with surgical services and executive leadership
Focus on clinical quality, protocol compliance, and operational leadership
Student loan repayment options available at select facilities
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Anesthesiology
Cardiac training preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $600,000 annually
Incentive opportunities including:
- $10,000 facility medical director stipend
- $40,000 cardiac stipend (if applicable)
Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000 with two-year commitment
