Full-Time Anesthesiologist - Florida (Out-of-State Providers Only)
We are seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist for an ongoing need at a high-volume facility in Florida. This opportunity requires a provider who can work every week of the month with a consistent schedule. The ideal candidate is an out-of-state provider who can start in April or May (earlier preferred) and meet all credentialing, licensing, and background requirements.
A clinical call with site leadership is required prior to approval. Approved clinicians will have the opportunity to ask additional questions during the clinical call that are not addressed in this job post.

Dedicated cardiac team (no heart cases for this role)

Job Responsibilities
Supervise CRNAs within an 80/20 care team model
Participate in beeper call rotation
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EPIC
Collaborate with the Chief CRNA, Site Medical Director (SMD), and clinical leadership
Adhere to all patient safety, clinical, and compliance standards
Qualifications
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
Out-of-state providers only:
Candidate’s home address must NOT be in Florida
Must submit a copy of an active out-of-state driver’s license with application
100% clean background:
No clinical, legal, or pending cases
Less than 5 total affiliations
No providers who have worked at this site or any affiliated site in the past 24 months
Working Hours
Shift Structure: Five 10-hour shifts (5×10s)
Requirement: Must work every week of the month (full-time only)
Weekend Requirements: Yes - Beeper Call
On-Call Requirements: Yes - Beeper Call
No PRN coverage
