Job description
Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide locum services in Charleston, West Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physician looking for flexible scheduling and a rewarding work environment. Coverage is needed starting June 1, 2026, and is scheduled for a 6-month contract through December.
Job Details:

Case Types: Full spectrum of surgical procedures, including Pediatric, OB, and Cardiac cases; the only transplant procedures performed are Kidney.

Setting: Hospital Float Pool covering

Schedule: Mostly 10-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM; providers are released as cases are completed. No guaranteed call.

Support: Must be willing to supervise CRNAs.

EMR System: Cerner.
Requirements:

Board Certification: Required in Anesthesiology.

State License: Active West Virginia license required.

Certifications: ABA, ACLS, and BLS required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required, including experience with Pediatrics and OB.

Other: Active DEA and CSR required.
