Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- Schedule: Full-time, 8s/10s/12s
- On Call: Night call 7p-7a
- Weekend: 7a-7a beeper call
Clinical Details
- Practice Setting: Hospital Based
- Supervision: Required to supervise CRNAs
- Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric
- Number of Operating Rooms: 8
- Case Mix: Ortho, urology, eyes, endo
- Patient Demographic: Adults, peds (dental eyes only)
- MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3/4
- EMR: Epic
- Procedures Required: Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active NY State License
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Providers must be outside of a 60-mile radius
- Must be available to work at least two weeks per month
- Full Time - Preferred
- A Self-Query NPDB report (pulled within the same month)
