One of our clients in Florida needs assistance with ANES locums' coverage. Here are the details.
Location: 45 min. from Fort Myers, FL
- Facility: Hospital, 177 beds facility
- Setting: Inpatient, EMR-CERNER
- Schedule: Day, Weekday call, and weekend call, 10-20 shifts per month
- Practice Details: Cardiac cases, including CABG, valvular, and thoracic surgeries, are covered by a dedicated cardiac anesthesiologist. General anesthesiologists cover routine Cath Lab cases, including cardioversions, TEEs, pacemakers, AICDs, Watchman procedures, and cardiac ablations.
- Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia is encouraged for a variety of surgical cases. There are no labor epidurals due to the absence of obstetric services. For postoperative pain management, TAP or ESP blocks are preferred over epidurals.
- Certifications: Active FL license, BC
