We are seeking a highly motivated, full-time Concierge Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) with an aptitude for Functional Medicine to join our established practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in primary care and a strong knowledge of Functional Medicine principles, including hormone replacement therapy. This is an 100% outpatient position with office hours between 10am to 5pm, emphasizing a healthy work-life balance.

Concierge Physician - Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $250K - $300K+ negotiable based on experience and credentials

Concierge Physician - Responsibilities

• Responsible for the comprehensive delivery of patient care in a concierge setting, including assessment, evaluation, diagnosing, planning, and implementation of treatment.
  

• Integrates primary care and Functional Medicine approaches to manage chronic conditions, provide preventative care, and treat less urgent acute conditions.
  

• Collaborates effectively with other professional disciplines to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care delivery, achieving desired patient outcomes.
  

• Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.
  

• Provides leadership and expertise within the practice location.
  

• Manages a smaller patient panel to ensure exceptional, personalized care and care coordination.
  

Concierge Physician - Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (Primary Care).
  

• DEA License.
  

• State of Florida Medical License (or eligible).
  

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in primary care.
  

• Demonstrated knowledge of, and aptitude for, Functional Medicine principles and HRT.
  

• Prior experience in a concierge or direct primary care model is a strong plus.
