Our client, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes, is hiring a Hematologist. Join a distinguished team committed to diagnosing and treating complex blood and bone marrow disorders with cutting-edge methods and compassionate care. This pivotal role involves performing bone marrow aspirations, analyzing lab tests and imaging studies, and managing conditions such as anemia, hemophilia, leukemia, and lymphoma. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based treatments, including chemotherapy and blood-clotting therapies, while maintaining comprehensive patient records and ensuring optimal diagnostic accuracy. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic outpatient setting, operating Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat hematological diseases through clinical examinations, lab tests, imaging, and patient history analysis
  • Perform bone marrow aspirations and interpret diagnostic results
  • Prescribe medications, including chemotherapy and supportive therapies
  • Manage blood disorders such as anemia, hemophilia, leukemia, and lymphoma
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals for complex cases
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and document treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and support throughout care processes

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an internal medicine residency and a two-year hematology fellowship
  • Current, unrestricted medical license and board certification in Hematology
  • Proven diagnostic reasoning and clinical evaluation expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Compassionate professionalism and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
