As a Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist, you will work in a fast-paced environment, managing various surgical cases across neonatal to adult populations. Job Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures including thoracic, complex orthopedic, neurosurgical, and general surgery cases.
  • Supervise CRNAs in a collaborative care team model.
  • Provide pediatric anesthesia services to all subspecialties except cardiac surgery and transplant surgery.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Anesthesiology
  • Pediatric Anesthesiology Board required
  • Active Ohio License (highly preferred)
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
  • Experience with ventilation management and arterial line insertion preferred
  • Capable of managing acute volume and blood pressure issues
  • Must meet rate requirements

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • No on-call or weekend duties required

Skills

  • Proficient in managing anesthesia for a broad range of surgical cases
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support collaborative care with CRNAs and other medical staff
