Anesthesiologist - Southwestern Illinois – (20 miles from downtown St. Louis)
Opportunity Overview
Join a well-established anesthesia practice serving a state-of-the-art community hospital. This role offers a highly desirable lifestyle schedule, strong compensation, and a collaborative care model supported by an experienced CRNA team.
Schedule Highlights
- 17 weeks of day-only responsibility
- 17 weeks of call from home only (starts at 5pm, no daytime responsibilities)
- 17 weeks PTO
- Limited call-back from home
- Two clinicians cover 5 locations during the day with CRNA supervision coverage (combination of 1:3 and 1:2 overage CRNA coverage).
Case Mix
- Mostly ambulatory cases: orthopedics and general surgery
- Low-volume OB (CRNAs place epidurals)
- General and OB across all ages (no high-risk pediatrics)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $600,000 annually + incentive opportunities
