Primary Function: We are seeking professional and licensed Registered Nurses (RN) who are committed to delivering high-quality nursing care across a range of areas. The successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and modification.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in evaluating patient conditions, documenting their progress, and reporting status to the supervising Registered Nurse.
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and adjust nursing care, maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Perform nursing procedures as outlined in the Registered Nurse Skills Delineation List, following the verification of competency.
Openly accept feedback and show a willingness to adapt behavior or seek further guidance as necessary.
Embrace continuous improvement, offering suggestions and evaluating the effectiveness of changes implemented within your role and the organization.
Adapt swiftly and effectively to changes impacting job responsibilities.
Apply active listening skills to address concerns, complaints, and questions, remaining objective in emotional situations.
Show empathy to coworkers and provide support, advice, or appropriate referrals as needed.
Share responsibility for team assignments and workloads, offering assistance to others when needed.

Ensure punctuality for all assigned duties and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and accepting assignments.
Demonstrate initiative and motivation in time management, ensuring accurate timekeeping.

Attend staff meetings, reviewing meeting minutes when absent.
Complete all mandatory annual in-service education programs.
Seek and utilize opportunities for cross-training.

Job Requirements:
A valid RN License is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and CPR certifications are mandatory.
This role involves recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm, a moderate to high level of complexity, and operates from established and well-known procedures. It requires a wide range of skills, including general nursing, knowledge of office equipment, excellent communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, supervisory, and basic math skills. Familiarity with hospital equipment and programs, including Hospital Information Systems, is necessary. The role also demands self-motivation, self-direction, and proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
