  • Collaborative team model with structured onboarding before nights and weekends
Assignment Details Start Date: 4/1/2026 End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Practice Setting: Inpatient EMR: Epic Trauma Level: Level III Providers Requested: 2 Schedule includes rotating weekday, evening, night, and weekend shifts Minimum of 5 shifts per month preferred Providers must be willing to work nights and weekends Clinical Details General anesthesia for adult and pediatric patients Trauma anesthesia coverage required Spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia Obstetrical anesthesia Neurosurgical cases including head and spine Thoracic, complex vascular, and complex orthopedic cases Pain management techniques and post-operative regional coverage Ventilation management and advanced hemodynamic monitoring Central line and arterial line placement Beeper call with remote weekend coverage Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Active California medical license required Two years of current hospital-based anesthesiology experience Case logs required at presentation Gaps greater than three months must be explained Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
