Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Schedule: Preferably a variation of day shifts, OB shifts and OR call
- OR call 4p-7a possibly once a week
- OB call 7a-7a (negotiable)
- would consider a 5 days a week dayshift
Clinical Information:
- Typically 3-5 cases per day
- If taking call would need to do epidurals/spinals for OB
- Art line/central line placement
- EMR: EPIC
Required:
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Active IN License and DEA (or one easily transferrable)
- EPIC experience - Preferred
- Board Certified: Anesthesia
- CV Anesthesiologists need to be TEE certified
