- 100% Adult Hospital
- Average number of hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions
- Trauma Level: 1
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active AZ License or IMLC
- Must have a fellowship in TEE certification, submitted with presentation
- Must have completed a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship, documentation submitted with presentation
- Must be certified in ACLS
- Fellowship: Required
