Key Requirements
Licensure: Must be currently licensed as a Physician
Required Qualifications: M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
Board Certified: Yes
Certifications: ECFMG and FLEX
Experience and Skills: Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
Credentialing Timeline: 30 days
