COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Call Rates: Separate night and weekend call rates apply
• Orientation: All hours billable
• Malpractice Insurance: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• General anesthesia for inpatient surgical cases
• OB anesthesia coverage
• Supervision of CRNAs

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Texas medical license (IMLC accepted)
• Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: As required by facility
• Experience: Comfortable supervising CRNAs and covering OB cases
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work in a high-volume acute care OR environment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide anesthesia services for a wide range of surgical procedures
• Supervise up to 14 CRNAs within a care team model
• Participate in scheduled clinical shifts and in-house call coverage
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, and anesthesia colleagues
• Ensure safe, effective anesthetic care and timely documentation
