A regional medical center in Lewisburg, PA is seeking locums Anesthesiology coverage. This is a well-supported, collegial environment with 24/7 CRNA in-house coverage and a highly organized anesthesia department.
Assignment Details
- Shifts Available: 8-hr (7a–3p), 10-hr (7a–5p), and 24-hr (7a–7a)
- Call: Weekday call only (Mon–Thurs), 2 weeks/month; no Friday call
- Setting: 131-bed facility; 13 ORs, Hybrid OR, 2 cath labs, ASC
- Case Mix: Bariatric, general, ortho (heavy regional), gyn, plastics, breast, endo
- No trauma, neuro, or cardiac
- Volume: ~600 surgical cases/month, ~40 endo cases/month, ~700 deliveries/year
- Support: 20 CRNAs (100% medical direction), experienced team of 9 MDs
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified
- PA license (IMLC accepted)
- BLS/ACLS, DEA, CSR
- Experience with regional anesthesia
Privileging: 60–90 days
Willing to License: Yes
