--CAA and Tennessee license required
--4x10s or 5x10s
--Option for 12 hour weekend shifts
--AAs 100% medically directed
--Averages 1,200 deliveries a year
--19 ORs + 2 C suites
--Case mix: General, Obstetrics, Orthopedics, Neuro, ENT, Trauma, Hearts, Pediatrics; preferred to be comfortable with all cases
--Level I Trauma
--60-90 days to credential
