Job Responsibilities
- Supervise CRNAs with a mix of conducting own cases (1:3/4 ratio)
- Administer spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
- Cater to a variety of surgeries including orthopedic, urology, eye, and endo cases
Qualifications
- Board Certified
- Active NY State License
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
- Must be located outside of a 60-mile radius
Working Hours
- Night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Weekend: 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM beeper call
Skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic
- Strong communication and supervisory skills for managing CRNAs
- Experience in handling a diverse case mix, particularly in orthopedic and urology procedures
- Ability to adapt and respond to on-call requirements efficiently
