• Shift Type: 10s.
• Site needs full-time ongoing availability.
• Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: Preferred.
• Weeknight - On Call (Pager): MANDATORY- 13 HR - IN HOUSE.
• Weekend - On Call (Pager): MANDATORY- 24HR- IN HOUSE.
• OT: Not expected but offered.
• Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics. Mandatory all Pediatrics.
• Board Certification or Fellowship Required: Yes .
• Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes.
• Site Charting System: Epic.
• Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 36.
• Are MDs supervising CRNAs: Yes.
• What is the CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1.
• Are MDs doing their own cases: No.
• Other notes about the site: We are looking for clinicians that can and will take call. Peds experience a bonus as we could use a clinician that is comfortable doing peds, so they can flex between the main hospital, ASC and Children's Hospital. MDs are sometimes doing their own cases.
• Credentialing: 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
