- On Call Requirements: Night call 7p-7a

- Supervision: Required to supervise CRNAs
- Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric
- Number of Operating Rooms: 8
- MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3/4
- Case Mix: Ortho, urology, eyes, endo
- Patient Demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only
- Procedures Required: Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active NY State License
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Providers must be outside of a 60-mile radius
