We are seeking a skilled Anesthesiologist to provide locum services in Kendallville, IN.
This is an excellent opportunity for an anesthesiologist looking for full-time coverage starting February 25, 2026.
๐ฅ Job Details:
Case Types: General, OB/GYN, orthopedics, pediatrics, endoscopy.
Special Procedures: Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and regional blocks.
Setting: Acute care hospital; cross-credentialing at a second site.
Schedule:
Day shifts: 7:00 AM โ 3:00 PM
Call: 3:00 PM โ 7:00 AM (mix of OR and OB cases)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off
Call response time: 20 minutes
Support: CRNAs work independently; little to no supervision required.
EMR System: Epic.
Patient Population: Adults and pediatrics.
โ Requirements:
Board Certification in Anesthesiology (BC required)
Active Indiana medical license (required)
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks (case logs required)
Familiarity with Epic EMR
๐ Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: ~120 days
Case logs and peer references required
Additional facility-specific forms and verifications needed
