Start Date: 11/23
Contract Length: 1 week
Shift Details: Second call starting Sunday night, 11/23 until 7a on 11/30. Will supervise 4 CRNA's during the day, Monday-Friday 7a-3p.
Schedule: Second call starting Sunday night, 11/23 until 7a on 11/30. Will supervise 4 CRNA's during the day, Monday-Friday 7a-3p.
Work Details:
· Support Staff: CRNA
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week to start, possible ongoing needs
· Patient Population/Age: All ages
· Department Description: Will supervise team of 4 CRNAs
· EMR: EPIC
· Skills Required: comfortable with bread and butter cases
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active Arkansas license
· DEA: Required
· Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: will grant temps with clean file. Cannot consider providers with malp due to quick start
