Schedule: 8-hour (7a–3p), 10-hour (7a–5p), or 24-hour (7a–7a) shifts
Call: Weekday home call (Mon–Thu); no Friday call
Clinical Details
Setting: 131-bed hospital + ASC
Patient Population: Ages 12 months and up
Supervision Model: 100% CRNA medical direction
Team Structure: 9 anesthesiologists collaborating with 20 CRNAs (24-hr in-house CRNA coverage)
EMR: Epic
Procedures & Responsibilities (Condensed):

Full-spectrum anesthesia care across bariatrics, breast, general surgery, gyn, ortho (heavy regional anesthesia), plastics, and more

Daily coverage of 13 ORs, hybrid OR, and 2 cath labs

ASC supervision

Home call shared equally among physicians

Manage ~600 surgical cases/month, ~40 endoscopy cases/month, ~700 deliveries/year
