Job description Vascular Anesthesia Locums Job in Arizona | Monday - Friday + Call | Beginning December 25 – Ongoing | Assignment #112397

Coverage Details:
-- Two providers needed Monday–Thursday for block times
-- One vascular provider needed on Friday
-- Hospital coverage, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Call Schedule:
-- Weekdays 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
-- Weekends: 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday

Call Type:
-- Beeper call with activation, unrestricted from 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- Locum must respond to in-house codes

Shift Details:
-- Average hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions, 1 inpatient, 1 ICU

Requirements:
-- Must be board certified
-- Active Arizona license or active IMLC
