Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule: Hospital coverage 7a-5p, Monday to Friday
- Call: Daily 5p-7a, Monday to Friday; 24-hour call on Saturday and Sunday
- Coverage Type: Vascular Anesthesia
- Additional Coverage: Two providers needed Monday to Thursday for block times; one vascular provider needed on Friday
Clinical Details
- Average number of hospital patients per physician per day: 5 admissions; 1 inpatient; 1 ICU
- Call: Beeper call with activation, unrestricted from 5p-7a
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements
- Must be board certified
- Active AZ license or an active IMLC required
