This facility is seeking a Vascular Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Call & requirements: Monday-Friday: 7a-5p; Call daily: 5p-7a and 24hr weekend call
- 2 Locums are needed
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Cerner
- Certifications required: Board Certified
- Active Arizona License or Interstate Medical License Letter of Qualification (IMLC LOQ)
