Assignment Details Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call (as needed) Setting: Inpatient Start: ASAP Location: Waterloo, IA Schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Call: As Needed Weekend Coverage: As Needed Clinical Details 13 operating rooms; 30–50 total cases per day across the department General anesthesia with OB (including TOLAC) and healthy pediatric cases No cardiac or neurosurgical cases Conscious sedation required Team includes 6 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers No outreach or telehealth responsibilities EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified CRNA Active Iowa license or IMLC Full-time availability Clean malpractice and disciplinary history Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
