Details/Requirements:
--Active Wisconsin license and Board Certification required
--90% Adult, 9% Peds, 1% Neonate
--80% General Cases, 20% OB
--Case Mix: Spinal, Epidural, Regional, Obstetrics, Pain Management Techniques (post-op epidural, post-op extremity blocks), ventilation management, central line, arterial line, AP catheter
--Specialized equipment: ultrasound for blocks, glidescope and McGrath, pyxis for drugs
--Mixture of doing your own cases and supervising CRNA
--CRNA Supervision 50% of the time, supervising 2-4 CRNAs
--EMR: EPIC
