Schedule: Monday–Friday

(2) 8-hour shifts and (1) 10-hour shift per day

Call: 1:6 rotation — in-house call (3pm–7am) with pre- and post-call day off

Weekend Call: 24-hour in-house coverage (Saturday/Sunday)

Supervision Model: Team-based – supervise up to 14 CRNAs

Team Composition: 8 Anesthesiologists, 18 CRNAs total

Daily Staffing: 4 MDs (3 General, 1 Cardiac) + 14 CRNAs
