Job description We are seeking an Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens assignment in California, starting Jan 5, 2026. This is a one-week opportunity, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour day shifts and no call requirements. The schedule is expected to be Jan 5–Jan 9, but there is some flexibility and the exact week will be confirmed soon.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide anesthesia care for scheduled procedures as assigned
  • Monitor patient status and adjust anesthetic care as needed
  • Collaborate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure patient safety
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility protocols
  • Adhere to all established clinical and safety guidelines

Additional Information
  • Active California medical license required
  • Board certified or truly board eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Clean background required
  • Please provide full January availability upon submission due to potential schedule adjustments
