Start Date: As soon as credentialed (target 12/29/2025)
Contract Length: 1 year, ongoing
Coverage Type: Scheduled + On-Call Optional
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7a–3p or 7a–5p
Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

🏥 Work Details

• Support Staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs

• Coverage Need: Full-time preferred (can consider ongoing part-time)

• Patients per Day: 6–12

• Patient Population: Pediatric through Geriatric

• Department Description:

  • Medically directed care team model

  • Level II Trauma Center

  • Over 300 beds

  • Supervision of CRNAs (expectation: run up to 3 rooms with CRNA support)

• EMR: EPIC

🩺 Case Types & Procedures

• Wide range of surgical cases including:

  • Neurosurgery, Urology, GYN, Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Plastics, General & Trauma Surgery, Ophthalmology

• OB: Preferred but not required

• Cardiac cases: Not required

🧳 Travel & Logistics

• Travel and lodging covered by client

✅ Requirements

• Board Certification: ABA required

• License: Active Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted
  

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years
