Team 2: Anesthesiologist and 1 CRNA
Compensation for anesthesia services
- 1099 $490k on 7 off 7
- All inclusive of M-F Day shifts and 7-day Primary Call hours worked $300/hr. if called in

M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
ECFMG and FLEX certification
