--Active Virginia license required (no pending)
--Mix of 8s, 10s, or 12s
--40 hours guaranteed; 50-hour weeks common
--Minimum 2 weeks/month availability
--Weekend in-house shifts: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am
--Weekday beeper call preferred, not required
--High-volume OB required
--Case mix: B&B, endo, ortho, light bariatric — no hearts
--MD-only supervision of CRNAs
--Credentialing 90–120 days; temp privileges case-by-case
--Epic EMR
--Credentialed at two sites
