Schedule: Mix of Days + Nights + Weekends
Shift Options: 8-hr, 10-hr, 12-hr
Setting: Acute care clinical environment

💰 Compensation: $325–$340/hr. (based on shift type & availability)

Opportunity Overview

A health system in the Southeast is seeking locum Anesthesiologists to support ongoing coverage needs.

Providers with availability for nights and/or weekend shifts will receive priority.

This position offers a dynamic case mix within an organized care team environment and long-term schedule stability.

Case Exposure

Broad hospital-based anesthesia including:

• General surgery

• Ortho (including joints & spine)

• Neuro

• ENT

• Urology

• GYN

• Plastics

• Pediatrics

• OB

• Pain

• GI / Endoscopy

• Vascular

• Thoracic / Radiation oncology

• Emergency / trauma support

No cardiac anesthesia required.

Schedule Structure

• Weekday shifts available

• Night shifts prioritized

• Weekend shifts prioritized

• In-house call available

• 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts

Requirements

✅ MD/DO, Anesthesiology
✅ Active state medical license (Southeast)
✅ Epic experience (preferred)
✅ Able to manage broad range of inpatient anesthesia cases

Board certification preferred, not required.
