I’m supporting a high-acuity Anesthesiology opportunity at a Level I Trauma Center in Kansas City, offering 12-hour day and night shifts across trauma and OR coverage. This role is ideal for anesthesiologists with strong trauma, OR, and supervisory experience who want flexible scheduling.

SCHEDULE
Available 12-hour shifts:
• Trauma/OR Day: 7a–7p (Sun–Sat)
• Trauma/OR Night: 7p–7a (Sun–Sat)
Additional schedules may include:
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or CV-specific shifts (ask for details)
CASE MIX
• General anesthesia • Orthopedics • Neuro
• Trauma • OB • Pediatrics
• Some off-site anesthesia (Cath Lab, GI, OB)
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Acute care hospital
• 590-bed facility
• 52 ICU beds; Level III NICU
• 17 anesthetizing locations
• EMR: Meditech / Medaxion
• Ultrasound available for blocks
REQUIREMENTS
• Board Certified Anesthesiology
• Active Missouri medical license (required)
• Meditech experience required
• Trauma experience preferred
• Must be comfortable supervising CRNAs
• COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
