• Call Details: 24hr call on weekends 6a-6a every other day. hourly 6a-3p then night call 3p-9:30a. Weekend call is from home. All OR cases and c-sections are done with CRNA’s.
• Patient Volume: 10-15 patients/day, Weekend case load varies Saturday /Sunday
• Avg over 48 hrs < 6 total cases. Usually, emergent C-section, urgent cystoscopy, and acute abdomen are examples. Ob - anesthesiologist places epidurals. CRNAs bolus epidurals for rescue bolus. weekend usually 1 to 3 epidurals
• Job Details: General cases + OB, no trauma, hearts or heads, no supervision, locum will do their own cases. C-sections are done with CRNA’s.
• Requirements: Must have an active LA license or IMLC. Must be BC
• EMR: Epic
• Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing and will cover malpractice.
