🕒 Schedule:
- Start Date: December 29, 2025
- Days: Monday–Friday
- Shift Options: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Call: Optional

🩺 Clinical Details:
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Level II Trauma Center
- Patient Load: 6–12 per day
- Patient Ages: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
- Model: Medically Directed – supervising CRNAs
- Support Staff: CRNAs + Anesthesia Techs
- EMR: Epic
- Special Procedures: Broad mix (no cardiac or trauma heavy cases)
✅ Requirements:
- Board Certification: ABA – Anesthesiology
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin license or IMLC - (Willing to License)
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- COVID-19 Vaccine: Status not specified
- Credentialing: 60–90 days
