LOCUM ANESTHESIOLOGIST in Ketchikan, Alaska *Job ID: 136249
Coverage Dates: November 29th - December 6th, December 21 - December 27, Possibly early January coverage
Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: Inpatient setting - 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday, and 24-hour call
Is a call required? Yes
Type of call: Pager
Case types: will cover General OR cases, OB department support, ED support, occasional A-Line & Central Line
Patient Dem: All ages. 5 to 15 patient contacts
Certifications/Qualifications Required: BLS, SCLS, PALS, Desire NRP & ATLS
Board Certified Required: Board Certified
AK license required
CSR/DEA Requirements (State or Client): AK DEA
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
