LOCUM ANESTHESIOLOGIST in LaGrange, Indiana *Job ID: 135684
Specialty: Anesthesiologist
Dates/Schedule: Jan 12, 26. Feb 9, 23. March 9, 23. Apr 6. Continues every other Monday. 3 weeks On/ 1 week Off.
Shift Hours: 7 AM - 3 PM
OT after 8-hour shifts
Call Ratio: OR Call only. Noble- mix of OR and OB cases. Response time- 20 minutes.
Call starts at 3 PM - 7 AM
Case Mix: ENDO, Peds, URO, Trauma, Ophthalmology, GEN, GYN, Ortho. Proficient in blocks, spinals, and Epidurals.
Support Staff: 1 Anesthesiologist/1 CRNA
Supervision and Ratio: An Anesthesiologist on site. Little to no supervision.
Active License
Credentialing Time Frame: 120 days
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, Must be BC!
