Our client, a leading healthcare system known for its extensive network of hospitals and innovative medical programs in the Hudson Valley, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses.
- Manage a panel of patients, including both new and established cases, with an average of approximately 22 patients per day.
- Participate in care coordination, health screenings, and wellness initiatives.
- Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities, contributing to ongoing professional development.
- Support quality improvement activities and participate in institutional performance metrics.
- Benefit from an administrative session designed to facilitate documentation and other practice needs.
- Collaborate with a team of medical assistants and front desk staff; no inpatient rounding required.
- May involve participation in telehealth visits and community outreach programs.
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical care, with experience preferred in research, quality improvement, or clinical projects.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to build and maintain a patient panel with the potential for rapid panel development.
- Eligibility for H-1B visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Valid medical license to practice in New York State.
