📍 Location: Richmond, VA
🩺 Specialty: Anesthesiology (MD)
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Contract Length: 2–3 months, ongoing
🏥 Setting: Hospital (Level III Trauma, 300 beds)
💻 EMR: Medaxion
🩺 Schedule & Shifts
Schedule: Monday–Friday
7:00a–5:00p or 7:00a–3:30p
Shift Types: 8.5 or 10-hour shifts + in-house call
Call Details:
All physician call is in-house only (no call-backs)
Frequency depends on W2 physician call schedule
Typically Saturday 24-hour call coverage needed

Case Types: General, Cath Lab, Spine, Ortho, Endo, Plastics, GYN
Acuity: High (ASA 1–5)
Excluded for Locums (Daytime): Pediatrics, OB, Trauma
Skills Required:
Broad anesthesia scope
Proficient with spinals
Willing to take in-house call

✅ License: Active VA license preferred — exceptional providers may be submitted without a license
