📍 Location: North Carolina
🩺 Specialty: Anesthesiology (MD)
🗓️ Start Date: ASAP
⏳ Duration: 6 months (possible extension until W2 positions are backfilled)
🏥 Setting: Hospital
💻 EMR: Cerner + AIMS
🩺 Work Details
Schedule: 8s, 10s, or 12s — no call required!
Case Mix: Busy OB, trauma, designated stroke center, vascular, neuro, urology, ortho
Average Volume:
CV Cases: 10–15/day
General Cases: 3,500–4,000/month
Special Procedures: General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro/Spine
No craniotomies or transplants. Dedicated trauma & cardiac teams. Possible vascular exposure.
Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Required
Practice Model: Care Team (1 MD : 3–4 CRNAs; MDs may work own cases)
Support Staff: Full anesthesia tech team

License: Active North Carolina License (required)
Board Status: BE or BC
Experience: Comfortable in high-volume, complex case environments
